You can now connect your Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Echo.lu account directly to your Paytix account. All you need to do is enter the respective Pixel ID, or the API key from your Echo.lu account, under Account Overview -> Integrations.
1. What does the Pixel do?
The Pixel is a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or TikTok. It tracks what visitors do on your ticket page: whether they view the event, add tickets to their cart or complete a purchase. This information flows back into your ad account.
What's in it for you?
- Measure success: See exactly how many ticket sales come from your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok ads, instead of just clicks and reach.
- Use your ad budget more effectively: The platforms learn who actually buys tickets and show your ads specifically to similar people. This lowers your cost per ticket sold.
- Retargeting: Reach people again who viewed your event but haven't bought a ticket yet, for example with a reminder shortly before it sells out.
- Lookalike audiences: Create new target audiences based on your previous buyers and find more people who are a good fit for your event.
2. What does the Echo.lu API do for you?
Echo.lu is an event calendar run by Luxembourgticket GIE, featuring countless events in Luxembourg.
What's in it for you?
Connect the Echo.lu API to automatically publish events you create in Paytix on Echo.lu. No more entering the same event twice.
The Pixel integrations and the Echo.lu API (events in Luxembourg only) are now available to all organizers on Paytix.
