No. There are no contracts with paytix, so there is no notice period either. You use paytix for as long as you like.
No. The account is free and there are no hidden fees. Each ticket sold carries only two fees: the paytix fee of 1% (min. €0.25) and Stripe’s payment fee (1.5% + €0.25 per order for European cards). Your guests can pay both. Free tickets cost nothing.
You decide: the Stripe fee can be paid by the buyer, or you cover it yourself.
Stripe processes your guests’ payments. During setup you connect your own Stripe Connect account, where your ticket revenue arrives. Only you have access to your money, and Stripe is built right into paytix.
Your revenue arrives continuously in your Stripe account. From there you pay it out to your bank account whenever you like. Stripe may charge fees for payouts.
On a refund, the buyer only gets the ticket’s face value back. The paytix fee and the Stripe fee are not refunded. If your guests paid the fees, a refund costs you nothing. If you covered the fees yourself, they remain your cost. The refund itself costs nothing extra, except for payments by bank transfer. More on Stripe.
